Elvis is a seasoned psychotherapist with over 26 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s emotional, relational, and spiritual challenges. With a strong belief that everyone has the power to rise above adversity, Elvis provides therapy that is deeply supportive, culturally grounded, and infused with hope.

He works with clients navigating a wide range of concerns including relationship and marital struggles, family conflict, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, anger, and stress. At the same time, Elvis emphasizes that therapy isn’t just for moments of crisis, it can also serve as a proactive emotional “check-up” to foster personal growth and well-being.

Elvis is known for his warm, approachable style and sense of humour, which puts clients at ease. In his own words, “Many clients leave sessions feeling lighter some even wonder whether they came for therapy or stand-up comedy!” For Elvis, laughter and connection are essential parts of the healing journey.

Elvis draws on a range of evidence-based and culturally responsive therapeutic approaches to meet the specific needs of each client. He integrates Afrocentric values and culturally rooted methods into his practice, honouring Ghanaian traditions, family systems, community bonds, and spirituality.

Beyond his clinical work, Elvis is also a trainer and couples facilitator, co-leading marriage enrichment programs and workshops alongside his wife, Ruth. Their work together brings both professional insight and lived experience, offering couples meaningful guidance grounded in empathy and mutual respect.
